Thanks for the suggestions, but I forgot to say that in Lab we found those wheels =)
I cut them and now I only have to join them with the central part... I hope it will work!

If the mat provides too much grip, the tracks have trouble turning the robot on the spot. There is too much friction and you end up either running the track off the cogs or, worse, snapping them.
