Re: Self balancing motor bike

You really did make some additions - a kick stand and handlebars, even!

Well, I'm stuck until I can get the 2 wheel/tires.

NXT vs RCX software

A question has come up from the "school interface" person for a group of FLL (FIRST Lego League) teams that we are forming: "Will the NXT software work with the RCX block or are we going to have both installed on the computers"? I believe the software is different, but I turn to ...

Re: Self balancing motor bike

I did a "trial build" today to make sure the wheel/tires are the only parts I do not have. I have decided that is the case, so I will order them tomorrow and they should be here by the time I return from a little trip. I had a lot of difficulty in building the bike from their "plans&q...

Re: Self balancing motor bike

I was looking at the wheels/tires that are used in the bike. What size does it say on the tire? Is it 81.6 x 15? The BrickLink reference is http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?P=2903c01.

Re: Self balancing motor bike

Are there any distinguished Member that has build such a self balancing motor bike and would accept to share some knowledge ? I just got my NXT brick freed up from a previous project. I do not have all the parts to build the bike (the tires, maybe some other parts) so I will need to order them. Whe...

Re: Self balancing motor bike

HiTechnic has a PID block for NXT-G. Look at http://www.hitechnic.com/downloadnew.php?category=13, most of the way down the page. Look for "HiTechnic Motor PID Block".

Re: NXT 2.0 Bluetooth Problem with PS3 Controller on a PC

I'm going to ask the "simple question" - Is Bluetooth turned on in the NXT?

Re: What extras would you buy?

You can get quite a few parts in the "retrograde 2.0 to 1.0" package - http://inanimatereason.com/shop/viewite ... m=NXT21KIT.

To get individual parts, try http://www.bricklink.com/index.asp.

A second NXT brick is sometimes handy.

Re: Help please, dual actuator use problem

It would help to know what language you are using in the NXT.
