a software problem

Hi, when i'm trying to download my program, it occurs an error. It says:

LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT Software has encountered an error...

Error: Internal compiler error.

Possible solutions:
-Restart the LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT Software and try again.
-Rebuild the program.

I have done the two possible solutions but it continues like before.
Could you help me please?

You use Alt+PrtScr (i.e., print screen) on your computer (or some other software tool) to capture an image of your computer screen. If you use Alt+PrtScr then you need to Paste (Ctrl+V) the image from the clipboard into Paint or some other image editing software. Save the image as a JPEG file. Then when you write a reply to this thread click on the Upload attachment tab below the edit window where you type in your post content. Click "Choose File" to browse your computer for the JPEG image that you saved. Usually in your Pictures folder but wherever you saved it to. Once you have chosen the file you click "Add the file" to insert a link to the uploaded image into your post. That should get it uploaded and attached to your response.

yes, i have tried but i says that the image that I've tried to attach is invalid.
It's a jpeg image, so I don't know.

yes, I also can't upload jpgs because of the same reason. Tried it with png maybe?

Attaching pictures to forum posts is currently broken on sourceforge forums, use an external image hoster such as http://imgur.com and link to the pics from here.
