About a year ago (February 4th to be exact) I started to build a LEGO FlexPicker. One Birthday, Easter, and April fools day later it was done. A FlexPicker using 2 each of NXTs and RCXs to sort bricks.

First prototype, FlexPicker was controlled by RCX and used segmented disk with LightSensor as encoder. Failed due to limits of RCX software and my limited experience then.

It was programmed in NXT-G and RCX Code. Used up almost my entire LEGO Collection at the time. For a much more detailed explanation, again I suggest you look at my article here.
