Quoting a price of $250, but presumably that is pre-tax & volume sales.

Would need some special features to compete with LEGO.

what features?

the information given is actually a bit holey...
32 bit ARM (which? what memory?)
hardware (inofficially) compatible to Lego and 3rd party manufacturers?
4 Motors a/o 4 Servos to plug in?
8 Sensors (which kind?)
colored LED touch screen ( :o )
programmable by C (what compiler? ANSI C/C++ ? MT-capable?)
