Error - Cannot download Bricx program to NXT

Hello, I have several students who have built the rubik's cube NXT bot, however, we cannot get the bricx code to the NXT brick. I have checked the memory, and there is plenty of space on the brick for the rxe file. I successfully downloaded a program from the NXT software to the brick, and I attempted to use Bluetooth to transfer the file directly from my PC to the brick, and that was unsuccessful as well.

If anyone has experience or suggestions, I would very much appreciate it. There is no information displayed other than the error, file could not be downloaded.
