Inbox Space

Post by muntoo »

Could we have more inbox space? I don't "feel like" putting everything in folders. (You can have more than 50 messages, BTW. You just need to use different folders.)

Of course, only if it's an easy fix. If you (admins in general, but it'll most likely be Xander who reads this [first]) don't "feel like" it, that's OK, too.

Also, a warning:
You know that li'l "Message History" at the bottom of the message? It is linked to your sent messages, and the messages the other person sent. If you delete any of those messages, it gets removed from the Message History section. So, if you want to keep your whole conversation, and don't want your inbox cluttered, put it in a separate folder ("Archived Messages 001", or something like that - you choose). (You can keep one of the messages in the inbox, though, if you really want.)

The forums are not meant as an email platform. If you have more than 50 messages in your inbox, try deleting some or start emailing the person(s) in question.

The limit stays at 50 for now :)
