I'm pretty sure you won't be able to do this. The NXT Bluetooth device does not support a profile that will allow connection to a headset...

The NXT BT module only supports serial connections, but I think it should work with an iphone.

The iPhone does not accept generic serial connections. The only solutions I have seen connect to the pc over bt and then to the iPhone (over tcp?).

okay, then is it possible to send data from the NXT to an android phone??
because i'm using the NXT along with the sensors for obstacles detection to help blind people, and i want to alert the person with sound if he is facing an obstacle, that why i wanted to use a headset. But since it is not possible to connect a headset with the NXT DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS???

i'm new to this field and i don't have any previous knowledge, i really appreciate you help:)
Thanks a lot:)

I think connecting to an android is possible, don't ask me how, I don't know.

But why not take the simple solution? Use the NXT speaker.

Yes, in fact, there is an Android app called MINDdroid that is made to remote control basic robots. And since the Android SDK is free, you can make your own apps too.
One King to rule them all, One King to find them,
One King to bring them all and in the darkness bind them
On Earth where Shadows lie.

At least they know they are standing in the way.

To be serious, you could start simple and build on from that.
