Lego Temperature Sensor and Dexter Block

Post by nxt1engineer »

Hello
I have a temperature Sensor from the education set 9749 -20/120 celius
I have read in the software secion all about the problem, the sensor is only support in edu version. I have the old edu version, 2.0 (can not find a iso 2.1) Today the software update to NXT standaard 2.0 for the lego light sensor.
To get the Temp sensor working i instaled the dexter industries block, but i did not work, the raw output 1028.
Is it posseble to work with the dexter block ? and lego temp sensor?

The LEGO temp sensor is digital, the Dexter Industries one is analogue. It will never work that way. Some people have made a myblock to read from it, perhaps someone else on the forums can help you with that :)
