If nxt1engineer is okay with it, I can put a copy of the youtube version on my personal server for you to download. You would have to download the .flv file but it would work.

thanks in advance, but please be careful because of copy protection laws - those companies are very aggressive in Germany and the European Union in case of Infringement of Copyrights.
