OS X has built-in file compression capability (zip). If you right-click (or ctrl-click) on any icon in the Finder, one of the menu items you will see on the pop-up menu is "Compress <filename>", where <filename> is the name of file selected. Select that and you get a zipped version of your file or folder.

I know about the zip. folders I need to shrink the zip. folder itself.The zip. only has the program and that's it,but it's still to big :|

K, max size is now 5MB. Please try to zip the files regardless of this. It will save space and bandwidth.
