Oh no, nothing that complicated. I was just thinking of creating a NXC program that looks and works just like the NBC/NXC firmware, except, maybe I could add a few 'surprises' to it. If you names it ! Startup (thanks Muntoo!) it would automaticly run when you started up your NXT, and if you downloaded a program which stopped it, you would just be back in the normal firmware until you rebooted your NXT. (Cool huh?)

So you mean like an NXT menu system, right? You would still use the normal FW for everything, you would just have a custom menu?

I think NXTboy, NXTreme or NXTFreak did something like that once... (It looked pretty awesome.) I'm not entirely sure if it was in NXC, but I think it might have been. You could try contacting them. (I know NXTreme and NXTboy are still on this forum, but I'm not sure whether or not NXTFreak disappeared since the downfall of NXTasy. He might have a blog, though.)

You could always add an "exit" option which Stop(1)s the program. :)

Nope, wasn't me. I must say, I'm not much of a programmer, unless it comes to Picaxe BASIC...

I could, but I want it to seem real, so maybe PowerDown() would be better.
