If you look at my diagram, you will see how the level of the fluid in the tube from each container is at the same level as in the container when no pressure is applied.
All you have to do is loop the tubes up so that the highest point is higher than the tops of the containers. When air pressure is applied, it will force the fluid up over the top of the loop where it will drop under gravity into the glass.
When the air pump stops, flow will stop and the fluid will remain at the highest level until the switch is turned the other way and releases the excess pressure.

Ya, but with my setup, having the bottles LOWER than the glass, is really difficult. :-/
What I did for my last revision of the chocolate milk maker was having the hose just dangling down, and the switch would act as a stopper. Think of when you you put a straw in a glass of water, then you put your finger on top and pull the straw out. What happens? the water stays in the straw. That's what I did for the LAST revision. The only problem with that was, the milk could drip for a LONG time.
So, what I might do, is figure out a way to put a switch on the BOTTOM of the bottles, so that it can stop quickly.
