Mindboards

If you wanted to lubricate the moving parts of a rbot what would you use?
Searching the forums someone mentioned molybdenum grease but this can be messy. Would Silicone or PTFE aerosol be OK?

Silicone is great. anything with oils in it (including moly lubes) can mess up the plastic.
