Technic challenge question.....

Okay so as we all know Lego Technic launched a Technic contest a few month's back. I never could get the 9398 4x4 Crawler in time so I just built the body of the crawler..... and then entered it. I was wondering though if it would still qualify? I can't see in the Rules where it says it can't be done, but I also can't see where it says it can be done.
