Mindboards

I saw your project LeJOS on EV3. I found that the project's bootloader is based on uboot and the kernel is based on linux. I intended to download both linux and uboot's source code,and program them into EV3,but i could not find the manuals for EV3 chipset, mothboard and peripheral circuit from sourceforge or LEGO site.who can give me a hand and tell me where can I get these manuals？
