My version of Floydblokes's camera trigger. (Thanks again for the help) 4066 quad bilateral switch, Hitechnics prototype board, ultrasonic sensor and of course the NXT brick. Results have been less than stellar.

Wow, that is pretty cool! Must be hard to get the focus just right, though.

Encouraging results, well done. High-speed motion and nature are two very challenging photography disciplines.

Going somewhat off-topic from NXT sorry, but what camera settings are you using?

I've been trying different camera settings. Some with flash (usually blown out), mostly without. Manual focus and a higher iso so I can maximize dof with a higher shutter speed. Right now everthing is on hold until I get a new NXT brick. The screen went out again (I "fixed it" once before) and it's not coming back this time. I just got a Gyro sensor for Christmas too. :(

You can use an NXT screen tool on your computer, to see what the NXT is supposed to be displaying. Another option, is to call Lego about it, they seem to be good at giving away new bricks for problems like that.

Thanks for the screen tool suggestion. I played around with NeXT Tools program a while back but I forgot all about it. Now I can see if I can get my htway to work. I'll give Lego a call tomorrow. Thanks,
