HELLPPP!! Somthing wrong with my nxt screen!

Okay,I haven't touched my NXT for awhile but when I turned it on today the screen wasn't showing the pictures.
Here's the stuff I've done to prove it just the screen.

1.I rebooted the firmware.

2. I used NeXTools and used the screen thing to see whats on my screen,it showed the stuff on my screen.

3.Using NeXTools I ran a simple program on my NXT.

All that leads to it's just the screen.But what's wrong,and how can I fix it.PLEASSSSSSSE HELP!

Okay I can't do that video,I'm not going to solder my nxt!And I'll only call lego as a last resort.

I'm afraid you are going to need to use the LEGO customer service. Ihad the EXACT same issue, and they were happy to replace my brick after three and a half years, without a receipt.

that happened to my cousin. it seems to be a trend in the nxt screen if it is not used in a while. he still hasn't fixed it. it seems you will need a new nxt. look on the bright side at last it doesn't have all your files like your computer. calling customer services is the only option and they might replace it.

Since you seem to be unwilling to accept any of the advice you requested, have you tried percussive maintenance? Try dropping it from about 5' onto a hard surface a few times. Never fails to produce a change in the device, although it cannot be guaranteed that the change will always be beneficial.

Okay I'm going to call lego on Monday they'll help me,thanks for the advice.

LEGO will (happily) replace the brick with the messed up screen.
