Losing Bluetooth link

Is it possible to have BricxCC periodically check the Bluetooth link to make sure it is still up? When I try to download a program over BT and the NXT has powered off, it takes a long time before BricxCC gives up and lets me have control back.

Are you using the internal compiler option in BricxCC? If not you definitely should switch to using it if you connect via Bluetooth.

I will see what I can do to make this work better.
