well, most of all cases I'm just replying if I have been approached before directly.
But the failure of one member does not implicate that anyone else may have the right do the same mistake(s) repetedly.
Anyway, I will reflect and will promise to do my very best and to behave better in future

Could you make it so NXTScreen uses display flags, like if I do SetDisplayFlags(DISPLAY_REFRESH_DISABLED) then NXTScreen will disable the refreshing?

So can that not be done? All that has to happen is that in NXTScreen it responds to the display flags on the NXT.
I just really want that.

I wish there was an option at download time, to download the current program as "! Startup.rxe", and delete any previous file with the same name (should be done automatically).

A really cool feature for BCC would be

DebugOut("write stuffs here");

The function would basically, display "write stuffs here" in a debug window.

Something like that would help me so much for debugging. Sometimes TextOut doesn't work because the program aborts, etc., and PlayTone doesn't work well for debugging because it can be hard to distinguish between different tones when you need lots of debugging messages.

Would any one else be interested in this feature?
Does anyone know of a way to do something like this?

That was just added! It's called "Simple Terminal", and it prints whatever you send to a mailbox (selectable).

One more thing. In the following posts, I see a tabbed window mode, and I can't find that anywhere in the newest test build. I looked all over the preferences. Thanks!

To use tabs, go to Preferences > General (default page), and unselect "Use MDI Mode"
