I don't recall seeing this specified anywhere, and as a relative newbie here, hope to get some input here.
I discovered a timer issue with the RCX when using Robolab. After programming my brick, it runs as expected.
But when using the "detective" function, to poll the brick for container values, the timer appears to be divided by 4 (or running 4 times faster). This is a curious side effect of using the detective function, and is not all that surprising considering the overhead in a higher level programming language.
Does anyone have any more details on this issue (other related issues)?
Anything else to look out for?
If this is specified in a "bug list" that that would be great to find.

Re: RCX Robolab timer issue
I have not seen or heard much about Robolab in several years. I would suggest you look at this web site to try to talk with someone who may know more: http://ceeo.tufts.edu/
