I voted for the top row. I like the variation in it the most. Also, I really like "Row 2, Column 1 is the "mountain shaped" one" but maybe just 'cause I like mountain climbing so much .

I personally like row three, but since this is your monogram I recommend row 4 column 1 It looks like super hero insignia and flows well when you say your screen name out loud.
