Using the Tacholimit and Turn Ratio in the NXT API

Post by lizard381 »

Hi,

I've been trying to figure out exactly how to convert the TachoLimit that you give as input in the direct command part of the API. Is their a known rule for converting it to say degrees or seconds? It seems to vary so much the power set point. Also, what exactly does the Turn Ratio byte do?

Thanks,
Kami
I haven't grown past my playing with Legos stage and I don't think I want to :)

The tacho is based on degrees, thus 360 represents one complete rotation.
